I like the expressions so much xD The bolt of lightening draws your eye to the superheroine first and then we can see the others at the lower part of the picture.
Hm. What exactly is it about the background shading that you're not quite happy with? For example: for you does it not look bold enough or does it not frame the characters or are you more concerned with the perspective?
